This isn't a daily pleasure but I really enjoyed listening to the Democratic convention speakers last night. I was moved by Michelle Obama's speech!
Simple pleasures –– simple lists. Post your list of little things that make you happy in a world where there is often something to be sad about. This can also be a place for you to just rag about things that are a drag!

I liked her little kid's enthusiasm post-speech, too. I think the mini-Obama stole the show.
